March 31st 2013 will mark the end of the tax year. For many New Zealanders who have given generously to charitable organisations, this means that you are eligible to claim tax back on your donations. We are so thrilled to have so many Kiwis supporting the work that we do!
TEAR Fund will be sending out all of our tax receipts by email or post by end of April, 2013.
Once you have received your tax receipt to claim a tax credit you will need to fill out an IR526 form.
In the meantime, if you have any enquiries please contact 0800 800 777 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

receipt simply email your details to email@example.com

Why should I claim a credit?
If you do not claim a credit the money remains with the government. However, if you do claim your credit, you can either keep it or choose to make your initial donation work again by donating it back to TEAR Fund.
