Heart for the Poor


Heart for the Poor is a weekly devotional on Radio Rhema every Tuesday afternoon at 4:40pm by Richard Barter TEAR Fund’s Resource Development Manager. Richard will explore what it means to be poor, the causes and responses to poverty in a Biblical context.
