Supporter Engagement

TEAR Fund are seeking applicants for the newly designed role - Supporter Accounts Administrator. This role combines a number of high level customer service and admin skills.

Key responsibilities:
To build strong trusting relationships with our Supporters in order to increase Supporter retention. The role is also responsible for the financial administration of Supporter accounts.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualities:

• Applicants would need to be outgoing and enthusiastic
• Expert at providing the best possible customer experience
• Administrative support
• Data entry (financial)
• Reception and outbound calls are essential
• Excellent oral and written English language skills
• Ability prioritize their workload and have excellent and work ethic
• A keen desire to serve others and a passion for the mission of TEAR Fund

This full time, paid role
