Supporter Engagement
TEAR Fund are seeking applicants for the newly designed role - Supporter Accounts Administrator. This role combines a number of high level customer service and admin skills.
Key responsibilities:
To build strong trusting relationships with our Supporters in order to increase Supporter retention. The role is also responsible for the financial administration of Supporter accounts.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualities:
- Applicants would need to be outgoing and enthusiastic
- Expert at providing the best possible customer experience
- Administrative support
- Data entry (financial)
- Reception and outbound calls are essential
- Excellent oral and written English language skills
- Ability prioritize their workload and have excellent and work ethic
- A keen desire to serve others and a passion for the mission of TEAR Fund
This full time, paid role
