International Programme Officer - Microenterprise

The Programme Officer role is responsible for recommending and reviewing strategic partnership and international programme development and for administrating high quality programme management for TEAR Fundís international programmes. The Specific Focus of this role is on Micro-Enterprise Development, and managing of Government Grant Projects.

We are seeking those who possess high quality qualifications and relevant experience including:
  • -Masterís degree or equivalent in development or equivalent
  • -Two years project management experience
  • -Micro-Enterprise Development related experience
  • -Experience in a developing country
  • -Experience applying for and managing government grants
A clear commitment to and enthusiasm for TEAR Fund's Mission, ability to broadly understand the theological implications of TEAR Fund's ministry to the poor and to align with its Christian development and aid strategy is also essential.

TEAR Fund is seeking applicants for a role that combines a number of your top admin skills and is the welcoming face for visitors at our Auckland office.

The role of the Receptionist is to ensure the visitor experience at TEAR Fund is positive, welcoming and efficient and to perform all reception tasks to a high standard. The role includes other database and administrative tasks and supporting the Business Services team as required.

Applicants would need to have skills and experience in reception or a front line role, administrative support, data entry. They would also need to have an excellent standard of personal and workspace presentation, have a willing attitude, ability to multitask and prioritize workload, be welcoming and pleasant and have excellent work ethics.

A keen desire to serve others and a passion for the mission of TEAR Fund is a must.

Summer Campaign Call Representative

We are urgently looking for enthusiastic and committed people to contact Churches over a four week period starting 7th October.

This year our campaign targets the war against human trafficking and our aim is to engage the New Zealand churches to partner with us and to support this life changing cause.
